SQM®4 system-on-module with a universal microcontroller Kinetis K70. This popular microcontroller powered by the well-established ARM® Cortex® M4 core, clocked at 150 MHz, is suitable for a wide range of control and measurement applications with graphical LCD, USB and wired/wireless network connectivity. Wide support of RTOSes (e.g. MQX, FreeRTOS) and availability of baremetal examples allows quick and comfortable development while keeping all system resources under full control.
With 1 MB on-chip SRAM, 128 MB DDR2 SDRAM memory, 256 MB NAND FLASH, 100 Mbit Ethernet PHY, WiFi/EEPROM, USB PHY and a wide range of other peripherals, interfaced via RIM®, the module is ready to simplify, cheapen and speed up your development.
The module is offered in two variants:
For quick start with the SQM4-K70 module we recommend to use EasyBoard, a development board expanding the most of the peripherals available on the module. The board itself illustrates how usage of SQM4 modules serie allows to produce full-fledged embedded device on a simple two-layer board.
